This fabulous Shaolin monk in Chinais showed his extraordinary ability to train his body to withstand extremely sharp objects.

Zhao Rui developed an incredible workout with electric driller which decided in the head, then put an iron on the wall and pushes it only with throat.

Later he is seen sitting in metal sharp spears, and breaking rocks with his head.
