One prisoner, who made sex with two guardian, plans to sue for sexual harassment.
Jeng-Li Delgado-Galban, 25, claims to be raped by two women, having sex several times on them in a supplies closet.
The event took place in a prison in the US.
Wardens Jill Curry, 38, and Brett Robinson, 32, were fired.
They have admitted that they have released him from the cell for sex, but say he has manipulated.
Curry, who was married to zëvendëssherifin, was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
Delgado-Galban is in prison for sexual harassment, second degree assault, illegal use of weapons, trying to manipulate witnesses etc.
