You want to be good boss: Do not do these three things

The ability of a chief to communicate and build relationships with his staff respect is one of the most important moments in a company.

However, subordinate boss - communication is still a double-edged sword, must better understand and determine which will have to be the border, that they do not go, but neither not to stay away, transmits ikub.
Bosses are primarily those who will have to give the example of money, so they should be very careful in actions and in words that do choose to say.
1. Rumor - I found at the top of the pyramid that company chiefs generally suffer a certain self-isolation. And to break this they are forced to go down some stairs, to seek friendship in subordinates down, but it is wrong for this to reach through rumors. These really favor the creation of relationships, but on the other hand they undermine the climate of confidence and maturity that a chief shall transmit to them.
2. Require information on subordinates - it happens to be a boss really interested in his subordinates and ask for information, but it will carry with it the risk of putting in an untenable position to subordinates, which would have to break the so-called code of the faith that is placed between them and the boss.
3. Do not listen to the arguments of others - Unless subordinates creates space to have their say, automatically mean them to close the door of communication.
