Helen Smith from Scotland was charged last year after cutting off his penis with scissors loved ones.

It all happened at her home in Cardenden Stuart Cooper, when 40-year-old revealed the betrayal of her lover Stewart Cooper, reports Mirror, reports Telegraph.
